Cancellation: Must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled session
Refund: Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours in advance
For personal coaching and consultation services:
- Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled session
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before session
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before session at no additional charge
- No-shows forfeit the full session fee
- We will provide refunds if we need to cancel or reschedule
5. Physical Products
5.1 Cookbooks and Merchandise
Return Period: 30 days from delivery date
Condition: Must be unused and in original condition
For physical products:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging
